Hatha Yoga - Monday Evening - with Sara Sheffield
A class for all levels from beginners to advanced. Hatha Yoga combines breath, meditation with gentle moves. Sara is a very experienced practitioner.

Be guided by the very experienced Cara for a class for all levels from beginners to advanced. Select the time that suits you best. A combination of gentle moves combined with meditation and breath.
Guided Meditation Classes with Wendy - Tuesday afternoon.
An experienced practitioner and registered nurse, Wendy will guide you through the various stages of Meditation to help you completely relax.
Social Dancing - Thursday Night 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Learn from an experienced instructor, Rock 'n Roll moves, Street Latin and Ballroom. A fun way to build your fitness and especially your confidence on the dance floor. Suitable for those who want to reawaken the dancer within and those who want to learn basic moves so you can join in at the next dance party.
