Hatha Yoga - Monday Evening - Angela Stubbs
A class for all levels from beginners to advanced. Hatha Yoga combines breath, meditation with gentle moves. Angela is a very experienced practitioner who will work gently with you and guide you through the various Hatha Yoga moves.

Meditative Movement with Yoga

Jo Ridgeway is a passionate practitioner who is able to work with you on an individual basis combining mindfulness with movement. You may be seated or on your mat. Jo will ensure your experience is kind, patient and gentle. You will leave feeling recharged but calm.

A highly experienced instructor, Noriko will help guide you through the various Tai Chi moves with clear instructions. This is a small group suitable for those confident with Tai Chi and those less confident.

Walkers & Talkers
For the robust type -
Meet at the Somerville Recreation Centre reception to sign in. The group walk Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's leaving at 9am sharp. Please fill in the enrolment form provided and tick off your name each visit. Wear a hat and bring along a water bottle.
Walking for Fitness

A well paced walk around Somerville leafy paths up to 5kms distance. Meet at the Annie Sage Community Centre home of the Somerville Community House at 2/21 Worwong Avenue on any week day from Monday to Friday usually at 9.00 am. The group leaves at 9am during the winter months and return to the Annie Sage Community Centre for a cup of tea/coffee, a biscuit and a chat.

Bush Walking - Register your interest for the next one
A small group of bush walking enthusiasts get together each term to plan a half day walk around our beautiful Mornington Peninsula. They have visited the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens, completed walks along the coast and many other smaller bush walks. A good level of fitness and good walking shoes are recommended.
