Meet at the Somerville Recreation Centre reception to sign in.  The group walk Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's leaving at 9am sharp Please fill in the enrolment form provided and tick off your name each visit.

 

Walking for Fitness

A well paced walk around Somerville leafy paths.

Meet at Somerville Community House (Blacks Camp Rd) on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am and then back to Community House for a cup of tea/coffee & a chat.  Please phone us to enrol first. New members always welcome!

 

Bush Walking - Register your interest for the next one

A small group of bush walking enthusiasts get together each term to plan a half day walk around our beautiful Mornington Peninsula. They have visited the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens, completed walks along the coast and many other smaller bush walks. A good level of fitness and good walking shoes are recommended.

 

Hatha Yoga - Monday Evening - with Sarah Sheffield

A class for all levels from beginners to advanced. Hatha Yoga combines breath, meditation with gentle moves. Sarah is a very experienced practitioner who will work with you.

 

Hatha Yoga - New Tutor  needed

There is an opportunity to run a late morning class on Thursday's if we can get enough participants. Please contact the office if you are interested.

Tai Chi with Noriko - Thursday afternoon

A highly experienced instructor, Noriko will guide you through the various moves that are Tai Chi.

Social Dancing -  Time to be confirmed

Learn from an experienced instructor some Rock 'n Roll moves, Street Latin and Ballroom. A fun way to build your fitness and especially your confidence on the dance floor. Suitable for those who want to reawaken the dancer within and those who want to learn basic moves.
