The Community House is a modern facility, disability friendly and with parking provided to the door. 

There are a number of rooms available for hire.

    These include:

A Modern Consulting Room(s)

This room can be used for classes and gatherings, interviews, consultations and meetings.  It includes a large screen suitable for presentations and videos, a whiteboard and access to Wifi.  This large room, which can be divided into two separate rooms, and includes use of tables and chairs.

A Multipurpose Craft Room

This room is suitable for meetings as well as being appropriate for painting and craft making.  The floor has lino and includes tables and chairs, there is a newly installed 'smart' TV and two mounted whiteboards.

A Modern Kitchen

Offers tea and coffee making facilities - with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher and commercial sized oven. The long bench seats 8 people.

Alongside the kitchen is an area with modern café tables and chairs. Includes big screen TV, DVD and Wifi access.

If you would like to hire a room, we offer competitive rates. You can hire by the hour, half day or full day.  Prices are on application and we give generous discounts for Community Groups and Not For Profits.  Please note that we do not hire our facilities for birthday parties.  Contact the Community House today on (03) 5977 8330 between 9:00am & 4:30pm Monday to Friday and speak to Kim Fitcher our Manager.
